Beta program
These terms govern participation in the private Pickle Vision Pro beta operated by True Compass Industries LLC. The beta is provided to evaluate developing software. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, perform differently across devices or courts, or become unavailable.
Safety and match decisions
PVP beta results, including scoring, trajectory, replay, measurement, and IN/OUT indications, are experimental and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely on the beta for safety-critical, official, sanctioned, wagering, or professional officiating decisions. Players remain responsible for safe device placement, court awareness, and final play decisions.
Recording and participant consent
You are responsible for following applicable laws, facility rules, and tournament rules when recording. Before capturing identifiable people, voices, or play, obtain any permission or consent required for your location and intended use. Do not place devices where they create a hazard or interfere with play.
Feedback and diagnostics
You may voluntarily provide suggestions, test observations, crash reports, and other feedback. You grant True Compass Industries permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to evaluate and improve PVP. This does not transfer ownership of your personal recordings or unrelated intellectual property. Optional diagnostics are governed by your choices and the Privacy Policy.
Beta access and acceptable use
Beta access is personal to the invited tester and may be limited, suspended, or ended as the program changes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute altered builds, or use the beta unlawfully. You may leave the beta through TestFlight and remove the app at any time.
No warranty and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, True Compass Industries LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from beta participation. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes information processed through the beta application, participating devices, TestFlight, diagnostics, and the website application.
